The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious HR Assistant with a passion for great design to join our growing HR team. Working closely with the HR Business Partner and Global Director of Talent you will have a varied role, working on key aspects of the jkr people experience; from recruitment and onboarding to the administration of payroll, pensions and benefits. Your role will be central to the day-to-day running of the department.

Specific responsibilities include:

- delivering onboarding processes

- communicating with prospective candidates

- implementing and managing our HR system, Namely

- training co-ordination

- maintenance of employee records

- be point of contact for HR queries, offering support and information to staff

- using data analytics to track company metrics regarding headcount, attrition etc to inform HR initiatives and strategies

This role offers a lot of opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of HR disciplines and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to the development of the wonderful people of jones knowles ritchie.


This is an entry level role and whilst the ideal candidate will have some inital experience working within either an HR, talent or recruitment team we will also consider recent graduates with some demonstrable administrative experience

Salary: £22,000
