Senior Visualizer Purpose
Distilling the brand essence into outstanding visuals and motion assets, partnering internal teams to push the quality of creative output.
Externally: To ensure all creative output meets or exceeds the creative and brand objectives, effectively distilling the brand essence into visual form. Strive to raise the benchmark in quality and variety of creative work.
Internally: To collaborate, inspire and share knowledge and expertise with the Creative team, to get to better creative solutions. To inspire, mentor and share knowledge within the team and across the studio, to champion the work and help the team reach their potential.
Reports to: Creative Director
Wider Team: This role will be part of the Multi-Media team which currently consists of a Film + Motion Designer and a Motion Designer.
Creates and executes visual and motion assets that build on a Brand’s charisma and illustrate a unique point of difference, using all aspects of a brand’s visual, verbal and visceral language
Demonstrates high level of skill in using a variety of tools and software, to get to the best creative output for the brief
Creates and crafts visuals and animations bespoke to each project.
Proactively seeks innovation across multimedia techniques to allow for unlimited creative possibilities
Constantly pushes for outstanding creative work through the team
Constructively critiques, shares and advises alternative options where required
Use in-depth brand knowledge to help deliver progressive creative solutions
Acts as an expert source of knowledge and advice for the Creative team, in order to push for better creative output
Maintains an understanding of the brand in order to maintain consistency and high standards
Proactively seeks opportunities to surprise and delight, in order to showcase the creative output and elevate the brand narrative, across mediums
Continually develops, in self and others, outstanding technical expertise across 2D & 3D imaging
Offers constructive support and a clear point of view in briefings, offering advice and creative solutions to challenges
Seeks out new innovations and demonstrates how these can be leveraged in creative output
Develops, builds and pro-actively seeks continuous training to enhance skills
Offers technical guidance to the team, sharing experiences and skills to enhance the offer
Acts as a partner to other teams, collaborating effectively across multiple projects Anticipates the creative needs of a brief and has the ability to deliver creative solutions Responsible for multiple projects, ensuring high standard of work at all times Effectively manages time in order to deliver projects efficiently

Partners Creative team to ensure visual intention is not lost and is in line with the brand ambition
Responsible for project completion, and ensuring all team members are supported in managing their workload

Actively appreciates colleagues, to recognise and reward great work
Fluency in Maya and/or Cinema 4D is a must.
Ability in Octane, CAD, After Effects would be of interest.
