The Senior Designer Role
Our London team is growing in response to more work from our long term client partners. We work across a range of global clients as well as local brands. We are looking for exceptional senior design talent to create the future of some of the world’s most cherished brands (think M&M's and Heinz) as well as create brands from scratch (think Hippeas and Ugly). Our design teams work in 'hubs' where you are exposed to a variety of clients in different sectors and with varying scale. We need collaborative, insightful & skilled talent to create strategic and beautiful ideas. You will be part of a creative team and will work closely with a team of specialists across the business, championing your design work from initial concept through to completion. As a Senior Designer you will be responsible for responding to client briefs, collaborating with account management and the wider design team to generate concepts.
Experienced in leading projects, large and small, from start to finish.
An impeccable designer, able to be the primary contributor to projects and to mentor junior talent.
Can oversee various projects at a time and delegate big idea execution.
A compelling presenter, able to sell ideas to clients.
An experienced collaborator, able to utilize a wide range of internal and external resources (copywriters, illustrators, strategy)
Experienced with consumer brands
Creative & strategic implementation of brands – from brand world to various consumer touchpoints
Detail oriented and ideas driven.
Curious, multidisciplinary and eager to learn.
